Senator Cruz questions Ketanji Brown Jackson on CRT

Senator Ted Cruz questions Kentaji bBrown Jackson about her views on critical race theory and the fact that she has said in the past legal proceedings should be based on CRT principals.

It was also shown during the course of questioning that she sits on the school board of her children’s school that teaches that white kids are born racist and must apologize for their inherent racism.

Sen. Cruz pressed the point home saying that the American people have the right to know the ideology guiding any supreme court justice. Calling out the CRT theory that says all white people are racist because of their skin color or every interaction should be judged on the basis of race as offensive and counter productive, and has no place on the bench or in our schools.
