San Francisco to require a vaccination passport to enter restaurants

San Francisco has announced it will require people to prove they are fully vaccinated against Covid if they want to enter indoor establishments such as bars, clubs, or restaurants.

The order which was announced recently by Mayor London Breed creates a new proof of vaccination requirement for large events at indoor venues for ages 12 and older.

According to the mandate a negative test will no longer be acceptable, but the patron must show proof that they have actually been vaccinated. This mandate applies to both patrons and employees for indoor establishments such as bars, gyms, entertainment venues, bars, and restaurants. The order will not apply to individuals ordering carry out.
