Russia vetoes UN resolution on Ukraine and China refuses to vote (Video)

In a recent vote at the United Nations; the nations of the world took a vote that denounces the Russian aggression on Ukraine. Russia vetoed the resolution and China by way of abstention refused to vote on the issue. 

Some are saying the abstention is really Chinas approval and alliance with Russia for future plans.
