Judge puts an end to the Biden administrations mask mandates

U.S. District Judge Kathryn Kimball Mizelle has put an end to the administrations never ending mask tyranny. The administration had planned to extend the mask mandate through the month of May. Two years after 15 days to “slow the spread” this marks a turning point that people can now fly without masks or the threat of tyranny.

Biden has said that his administration will “appeal” the decision to reinstate the mandates for airline passengers and transportation venues.

“The Department continues to believe that the order requiring masking in the transportation corridor is a valid exercise of the authority Congress has given CDC to protect the public health. That is an important authority the Department will continue to work to preserve,” Justice Department spokesman Anthony Coley said in a statement. “If CDC concludes that a mandatory order remains necessary for the public’s health after that assessment, the Department of Justice will appeal the district court’s decision.”

While this settles the question for the federal government for the time being. Many local mandates still remain in effect in some democratic controlled states or counties, such as New York and Philadelphia where you must wear masks both in the airports and subways still.

Even though Biden has vowed to appeal the decision “officially” he when asked Tuesday whether Americans should be wearing masks he sent a confusing or mixed signal by replying “its up to them.”

White House press secretary Jen Psaki made it known to reporters her displeasure with the judges decision saying, “Public health decisions shouldn’t be made by the courts; they should be made by public health experts.” Reaffirming the administrations notion that when it comes to US citizens constitutional rights and freedoms that square with medical mandates (tyranny) the Biden administration and some democrats will even fight federal judges to retain their mandate power over the people.
