Biden nominates supreme court justice (Video)

President Biden nominated Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson, who currently sits on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit, to fill the vacancy left by the retirement of Justice Stephen Breyer, he has sworn he will only nominate an African American woman and he has stuck true to his word that only an African American woman would be considered for the position.  Putting a former federal public defender on the highest court in the land.

While this would make history opponents of the president have criticized the president for discriminating against qualified candidates because their skin color.
