Biden appears to wander as if lost at briefing

Many for a while have questioned the presidents cognitive faculties, even to the point that the president blatantly came out and said that he is okay. As a matter of fact he even told people that he is “test regularly for mental decline.”

This would beg the question though why do you “need” to be tested for mental decline? Unless you’re worried about mental decline. Either way many times actions speak louder than words.

While I don’t know the presidents current mental state, his actions “sometimes” I think worry the populace that he “might” be in serious trouble.
