The Biden administration continues its disturbing trend of criticizing American exceptionalism and the sanctity of life. He has made special effort as of late to criticize the Supreme Courts decision to overturn Roe v. Wade, especially abroad.

During a press conference recently in Madrid, Biden called the decision which returns us to a place of constitutional governance “destabilizing” and “outrageous behavior”

Biden who says he is pro-life in his personal life, has been outspoken both in words and political stance of wanting to ingrain pro-abortion policies into American law.

Biden talked about how we’ve been a “leader in the world” in this area of abortion or depriving young babies of their lives or what he called “privacy rights.” He added that it was a “mistake” for the Supreme court to return to a constitutional stance on abortion.

U.S. Ambassador to the U.N. Linda Thomas-Greenfield said in a press release Friday that “the Supreme Court has taken away the established, fundamental, Constitutional right to abortion from millions of Americans. This is a cruel, dark, and dangerous decision.” Which is in stark contrast to the Supreme court decision in which the supreme court simply says, we have returned to a constitutional governance.

Attorney General Merrick Garland released a statement saying that the overturning of Roe v. Wade “eliminated an established right that has been an essential component of women’s liberty for half a century” and that “The Justice Department strongly disagrees with the Court’s decision.”

This is not the first time that Garland or the Department of Justice (DOJ) have gone against a decision made by the Supreme Court in matters that did not specifically affect federal law. The DOJ disagreed with Supreme Courts decision to uphold the second Amendment and protect the constitution of the United States. The DOJ said “we respectfully disagree with the Court’s conclusion” on the New York State Rifle & Pistol Association Inc. v. Bruen case, which struck down a New York State law requiring gun owners to show “proper cause” to obtain a concealed carry permit.

The disturbing trend is not only the Biden admin speaking out against American ideology, sanctity of life, or Supreme court decisions, but a clear history of opposing the constitution of the United States.
